Dr Josephine Prasad has been a practicing Dentist for 20 years & has almost 10 years’ experience in providing Facial Aesthetics.
She completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Non-surgical Facial Aesthetics in 2015 from the University of Central Lancashire.
These skills have shaped her practice to provide a comprehensive Medi-skin Clinic. Jo believes that facial aesthetics is best carried out within a regulated health setting to provide the correct advice, care & support clients need. Consultations with Jo leave you with an honest answer to what your skin needs & she isn’t frightened to say nothing if that would be the best solution. Her work is perfectly suited to the ethnic blend of East Lancs. & she brings a range of treatments that safely enhance specific skin tones. She has a loyal band of clients that value the discrete but fabulous results Jo delivers every time.
Jo has worked in private practices since she completed her degree in 1996. After completing her Diploma in advanced restorative dentistry, she went on become a practice owner in 2009.
On a daily basis, she provides high quality general and cosmetic dentistry, along with Botox, facial rejuvenation and hypnosis.
The enthusiasm she has towards creating a practice where patients feel relaxed, confident and cared for is reflected by the staff members she employs, who genuinely enjoy welcoming patients to AP Smilecare and giving them the advice and support they expect from us.
Jo and Michaela have known each other since Jo’s first job in dentistry in 1996. Michaela now leads team AP Smilecare towards creating a practice that excels in the care it provides patients.
Her role as a mum of two, School Governor and Sunday School Teacher ensures our team reflects the welcoming ethos we have towards families and we exceed all the governing regulations we must follow.
